I had the opportunity to work with Jesus in an automotive Tier-1 since I supported the Functional Safety Team in creating Confirmation Review Templates of Safety Plan, HARA and FSC and then perform these CRs on an ASIL B project. Jesus was the Snr Manager in charge of all System Engineering and FuSa activities before becoming Chief of FuSa and CS and I participated to several meeting with him where I must say that he's one of the best, if not the best Snr Manager I met in Spain: his English is perfect and the way he leads/moderates meeting is a hundred times better than what I've seen in the latin countries so far. He's got both the leadership and technological skills to ensure very top level roles in quality/safety/security expertise and management.
